Return / Exchange / Refund Policy

This policy applies exclusively to purchases made on our official website addiesdivewatches.com.

You may request a return, exchange, or refund within 30 calendar days from the delivery date (based on the logistics record).

We accept returns in cases such as:
• Product functional or quality issues
• Damage caused during transportation
• Wrong item received

We also accept non-quality based returns (e.g., change of mind, wrong item ordered).
 Return shipping and possible restocking fees may apply.


Important Notes (Conditions Not Eligible as Quality Issues)

1️⃣ Damage caused by improper use, accidents, unauthorized repair or modification, or any man-made factors
2️⃣ Items sold with known and declared defects (e.g., B-stock, visible cosmetic flaws stated before purchase)
→ Such defects cannot serve as reasons for return/exchange
3️⃣ Color difference due to lighting or screen display differences
→ Not considered a quality problem


Requirements for Accepted Returns

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must:

  1. Be returned within 30 calendar days

  2. Remain in unused, original condition
    – No scratches, stains, cosmetics, or alteration

  3. Include complete original packaging
    – Watch box, protection films, tags, manuals, accessories
    – ⚠️ Please do not stick labels directly on the watch box

  4. Include any gift(s) received from promotions
    – If missing or damaged, the gift’s value may be deducted from the refund

Non-qualifying items may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer at their cost.

We accept returns shipped via:

• Standard postal mail
• Registered mail
• Express courier services

(Shipment tracking is strongly recommended to avoid lost packages.)

  2. Follow return instructions provided by our team

  3. Once received and inspected:
    → Refunds are issued within 2 business days

Actual arrival time depends on your bank/payment platform
Estimated 5–15 business days for completion.


Warranty Policy(2-Year Limited Warranty)

All watches purchased from addiesdivewatches.com are covered for 2 years from delivery date.

Warranty covers:
✔ Movement failure under normal use

Warranty does not cover:
✘ Man-made damage, unauthorized opening or modification
✘ Cosmetic components (crystal, case, bezel, strap, crown, coating, etc.)
✘ Water damage caused by incorrect crown usage or exceeding depth rating

If warranty service is needed, customers may be required to ship the watch to our designated service facility —
processing follows the same steps as the above return procedure
